Aaron came home last night for a quickie visit. He had a friend who was celebrating a birthday, so he wanted to be here for that. They weren't going out until 10pm, so there was plenty of time for some furious Wii playing for the 3 of them! This is a picture I took in about August, but they pretty much looked the same last night. So much laughing going on too. It was good to hear!
This morning, we were all going to get up early, which translates to 8am for us, and go to the swap meet. By 8:30 I was still the only one up, but the lazy bums started rolling out of bed around 9am. By the time we all had showers and were ready to go, the sky had clouded over and the first rain drops were hitting the windshield of the car as we pulled out of the driveway. So much for that idea! We went to breakfast instead and then split up with the girls going shopping the guys going to look at cars. Brenna and I got home and the boys were watching a movie since it was still chilly and raining out. Isn't quite what we had planned for the day, but it's turned out to be pretty okay. It's just nice to have both kids home!
