Breaking Out the Fall Decorations

Yesterday we finally got out our fall decorations. I just couldn't put it off any longer. Who cares that it's still 95 frickin' degrees? Well, I do, but there isn't much I can do about it. Besides, the weatherman keeps promising it's going to cool off this week, so I will just have to keep hoping he is right for a change.




We had to torture the dogs a little bit. They always look so cute dressed up as pumpkins! Molly just sits there and puts up with our foolishness. Daisey tried to run away numerous times, but we didn't let her! Bailey was the only smart one and went and hid somewhere.

Brenna did most of the decorating since I was just too tired from working all day, but she had fun. I went to bed about 10pm and she went outside to do the front of the house. Got up this morning and it certainly looks festive!

Now if it would start feeling like fall . . . . . . . .
