What a great party!

Have to say, the party was a huge success! I am totally exhausted and we have a ton of food left over, but that's all good. Everyone came, ate a lot, drank even more and really helped Brenna celebrate her accomplishment of graduating with her BSN.


My mom helped out with the flowers. Can you tell what the "vases" were? We got a lot of laughs, especially from the men!

Just before things really got started, had to have a picture of Brenna by the dessert table with her cake.

Didn't the cake turn out cute??? It's supposed to be a scrub top and we just had a local grocery store, Basha's, do it for us. We were hoping for something a little more elaborate until we saw the prices! So this turned out much better than we hoped and it was actually really good too.

Nurse Brenna was making sure everyone got their "shots" up to date.

A couple of the EMT's she works with all the time stopped by for some food. They were on duty so couldn't get updated on their shots!

Wish the fire truck could have come by too! They were too busy with real life calls though.

This is my Mom's cousin, Annie. She is pretty straight laced, so I was really surprised when she took that jello shot, no problem! We did the jello shots in medicine cups.

Pat and Carl didn't have a problem taking their shot either!

At the end of the night, Kyle took a bunch of balloons home for target practice in the morning!

It was a good party with great friends and a perfect way to start the celebration of graduation. Next up will be the pining ceremony on May 5th in Tucson and then the actual graduation on May 7th in Flagstaff.

My plans for today are to just recover and float in the pool. I think I deserve a day off!
