I've been trolling Pinterest lately trying to find some new dinner ideas. I've had a few hits and a couple of misses, but last night it was a total fail. I don't even remember what it was called, but something with Chicken cooked in the crockpot with corn, rotel tomatoes, and cream cheese served over rice. I figured, how bad could it be if there was cream cheese in it?
Ugh, it was disgusting! No flavor whatsoever. I told Ron he wouldn't hurt my feelings if he didn't like it and he immediately handed it back to me! He never does that. He likes very bland food, so I knew this was bad! It all ended up in the disposal and I made grilled cheese instead.
Oh well, at least I tried!
