It's 3 bedrooms and a den with 1850 square feet. It has a 3 car garage that is actually larger square footage than his current apartment and is making his dad drool with envy. It also has a large laundry room with a deep sink and lots of extra counter space that Aaron thinks will be perfect for his beer brewing hobby.
We had the home inspection on Thursday and now having somebody else come out and inspect the crawl space since it's got a lot of water underneath. Our houses in Arizona are built on slabs, so this craw space stuff is all greek to me. Luckily we have an excellent Realtor in Boise that has it all under control.
Kitchen needs a little updating that Aaron is hoping to have the money for next year. He would like to do new granite counters and new appliances, but for now it's fine. Very bright and cheery.

Picture of the greatroom and gas fireplace. It's a huge room that will have new paint everywhere but the bedrooms and all new carpet installed before he moves in. That is Andrea talking to Aaron with her baby, Zoe, laying on the floor. Cutest baby ever!
This is the backyard. It's not real deep but it is bigger than it looks in this picture. Aaron took the outside pics, if that explains anything. It does have a weeping willow in one corner that isn't too big yet, but will be really beautiful one of these days.
This is a perfect house for Aaron in a great location and neighborhood in West Boise. This will be the type of house that Aaron can bring a bride to and hopefully fill up with some grandchildren for me! But no pressure.
