It's On Like Donky Kong

Heard back from the lawyer this morning. She has looked over all of Brenna's documents she has kept from workman's comp and totally agrees this is a slam dunk case! She is taking on the case for 25% of whatever she wins for Brenna, so we don't have to pay a thing! We have 90 days from the denial to request a hearing, so right now the plan is to gather all their info and once she has the surgery completed on May 23rd, they will file. They don't want to do it before then otherwise our insurance might not pay for the surgery. And right now, we need this surgery to be over with!
